Solutions Proposal Lead (378)

• Experience in proposal management, proposal coordination, capture support, solution consulting, or a related growth role
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to build strong client-facing responses
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and the ability to understand, shape, and communicate solution approaches
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and contributors
• Comfort operating in a growing company where processes evolve and roles may span functions
• Ability to support both structured federal opportunities and more dynamic commercial pursuits
• Ability to perform essential job duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations

• Bachelors degree

• Experience with federal proposal environments
• Experience supporting ServiceNow-related bids or solution development
• Familiarity with Shipley-based proposal practices
• Experience developing or improving proposal governance and content libraries
• Familiarity with AI tools that support proposal development, content generation, review, or qualification workflows
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Pursuant to government contracts, US Citizenship is required

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000.

The final salary offered will be determined on a variety of factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

This salary range represents iTech AG's good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting, and not all candidates will qualify for the top of the range.
