About the Role
As a Solutions Product Manager, you will partner across Product, Engineering, Agentic Process Consultants and Customer Success to transform complex business challenges into scalable product solutions. You will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and simplification, and create solution blueprints that accelerate business value. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, thinks in systems and workflows, and embraces AI as a tool to improve the way they work.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
Design future-state workflows and create scalable solution blueprints.
Translate business requirements into practical product and technology solutions.
Partner cross-functionally to prioritize, build, and deliver solutions.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, ideation, and solution validation.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve processes and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Technical Consulting, Product Management or a related role.
