Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer finds technically feasible solutions to prospect problems and develops them to a state where deals can be signed.

Location
- The role is remote and available across Europe, the UAE, and the USA East and Central time zones.
Customer Discovery and Technical Advisory
- Lead technical discovery to uncover business problems, current state, and desired outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into an AI-agent solution model using the company platform and validate feasibility.
- Build and present demonstrations and proofs of concept showing business value.
- Answer product, API, and LLM questions and provide architecture recommendations, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
