About the Role
MishiPay is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Technical Project Manager in Dubai to deliver complex retail technology projects.
The role combines technical engineering expertise with project management responsibility for POS implementations, payment kiosks, and related retail systems.
The position involves working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail technology implementation projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, plans, schedules, and timelines with stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate developers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Use engineering expertise to assess feasibility, resources, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops to facilitate project alignment.
- Travel at least 50% and work from client offices when required.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar role.
