About the Role
STAN AI is looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical health of AI deployments for property management clients. You will troubleshoot conversational AI, refine prompts, analyze data, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for a small portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Troubleshoot conversational AI behavior through prompt engineering
- Review voice and chat conversation logs to identify failure patterns and improvement opportunities
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Manager AI back office automations
- Support integrations between STAN and customer property management systems (PMS) and enterprise applications
- Run data analysis on conversation and automation outcomes and turn findings into clear reporting
- Explain complex technical situations to non technical stakeholders
- Translate customer feedback and recurring issues into structured product input for engineering
Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS (preferred), ideally in professional services, technical account management, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering
- Real technical depth with AI/LLM based products: understanding of prompts, context, and model behavior
- Basic backend engineering skills — comfortable with APIs, webhooks, reading logs, querying data (SQL), and light scripting (Python or similar)
- Strong analytical instincts: ability to take raw data and produce a defensible read
- Excellent client facing communication — calm under pressure, credible with executives, precise without jargon
- Ownership mentality: close loops, flag risks early, comfortable being accountable on enterprise relationships

- Prompt engineering experience in a production environment.
