Yoti is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assist with client integrations of digital identity solutions. The role involves supporting the sales team, delivering technical guidance, and ensuring successful proof-of-concepts.

Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly about the Yoti product suite to all stakeholders
- Support the sales team by providing technical advice and guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Present compelling solutions to complex technical problems
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to external clients
- Collaborate with internal development teams to support feature development
- Proactively improve skills in technical languages related to web and mobile SDKs
- Update technical integration guides and API reference documentation
- Assist in preparing responses to technical and product inquiries during procurement processes
Requirements
- 3 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Svelte), REST APIs, OAuth and WebSockets
- Skilled in backend technologies including microservices, databases (PostgreSQL/SQLite), and Docker
- Proficient in at least two Yoti SDK languages (Node, PHP, Java, Python, C#, or Go)
- Comfortable with mobile platforms (Android and iOS)
- Strong understanding of software architecture methodologies
- Excellent problem solving skills and experience troubleshooting software issues
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clear documentation
- Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills
- Self starter with ability to work independently

Purpose of the Role
- Assist with integration of Yoti solutions by creating structured, impactful engagements with clients.
- Act as a key trusted relationship contact for integrators, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
Role Dimensions
- Part of Client Services department, working with Sales, Product, BI, and Operations teams.
- Member of the Solutions team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and confidently about the Yoti product suite to all stakeholders.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical advice and guidance.
- Present compelling, well considered solutions to complex technical problems.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
