• Demonstrate how Riverbed's platform delivers comprehensive visibility across networks, applications, cloud infrastructure, and end-user devices through a unified solution.
• Develop business value cases that articulate operational improvements, performance gains, and enhanced employee productivity.
• Guide customers through competitive evaluations, migration strategies, and technical validations.
• Collaborate with channel partners, systems integrators, and strategic service providers.
• Deliver technical enablement and training for partners and regional sales teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong expertise in Network Performance Monitoring, Network Observability, or enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Computing (EUC), endpoint management, or digital workplace technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead executive presentations, technical demonstrations, POCs, and POV engagements.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Experience building value-based business cases and influencing both technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%.
