About the Role
Fuze Finance seeks a Solutions Engineer to be the technical engine of their commercial motion in Dubai. You will partner with commercial teams to design solutions across crypto infrastructure, deliver demos, and feed product feedback.

Responsibilities
- Perform deep discovery into client technical, financial, and operational needs; architect solutions and produce solution design documentation
- Build and deliver compelling demos; sell alongside the commercial team; be the technical voice in front of client engineering, product, and treasury stakeholders
- Speak credibly to regulatory and licensing constraints within a solution
- Feed client requirements and patterns back to group product to inform the roadmap
- Raise the solutioning capability of the commercial team; help country leads sell technically
Requirements
- Strong technical pre sales / solutions engineering / solutions architecture background in payments, fintech, or digital assets
- REST API based solution design experience; fluency in payment flows and financial product mechanics
- Crypto or cross border payments experience strongly preferred
- Excellent storyteller and executive communicator
- Enough regulatory literacy to design around constraints and speak to them in front of clients
- Comfortable being the first hire in a function and building it out

Role Overview
- Be the technical engine of Fuze's commercial motion.
- Partner with cluster leads and country teams to understand client requirements and design solutions across Fuze's infrastructure.
- Translate technical capability into clear commercial value and own the technical thread of the deal from discovery to solution design.
- This is the first Solutions hire; you set the standard and help build the function as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution design: deep discovery, architect solutions, produce solution design documentation.
- Technical sell: build and deliver compelling demos; sell alongside commercial team.
- Regulatory framing: speak credibly to regulatory and licensing constraints.
- Product feedback: feed client requirements back to group product.
- Enablement: raise solutioning capability of commercial team.
Requirements
