The Solutions Engineer in Qatar serves as the technical bridge between sales representatives and pre-sales customers.
The role guides customers and prospects in selecting and deploying Trend Micro next-generation security solutions.
The Solutions Engineer advises customers on security architecture, technical strategy, risks, technology gaps, and implementation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding, product experience, and customer success throughout the engagement.
- Train the sales organization and provide product and technology updates to internal sales staff.
- Understand cybersecurity partners such as SOC service providers, cloud service providers, and MSSPs.
- Upskill and train channel partners for customer engagements.
- Work with regional and global product and product marketing managers to maintain current product knowledge.
