About the Role
Yardi is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support the sales team as a functional and technical expert across Yardi's solutions portfolio. You will deliver product demonstrations, guide prospects on best practices, and contribute to sales enablement.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations tailored to customer business needs
- Advise prospects and clients on best practice utilization of Yardi solutions
- Ensure demo environment is accurate and current
- Develop and refine demonstration scripts, sales tools, and supporting materials
- Assist with RFP and RFI responses
- Maintain accurate records in corporate CRM
- Support and participate in marketing events, webinars, sales meetings, and industry conferences
- Meet or exceed defined quarterly and annual performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business related field
- Proven functional experience with Cloud ERP systems
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a solution consultant or pre sales with strong background in ERP and client facing engagements
- Prior experience with international ERP solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work at assigned office location
- Up to 50% travel across GCC region

About The Role
- The Solutions Consultant supports the Yardi Sales team as a functional and technical subject matter expert.
- Partners closely with Sales to deliver high impact product demonstrations and articulate value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations tailored to customer business needs.
- Advise prospects and clients on best practice utilization of Yardi solutions.
- Ensure the demo environment is accurate and current.
- Develop and refine demonstration scripts, sales tools, and supporting materials.
- Assist with RFP and RFI responses.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in corporate CRM.
- Support and participate in marketing events, webinars, sales meetings and industry conferences.
- Meet or exceed defined quarterly and annual performance goals.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business related field.
- Proven functional experience with Cloud ERP systems; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a solution consultant or pre sales with strong background in ERP and client facing engagements.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Prior experience with international ERP solutions.
- Background in property management solutions is an advantage.
- Prior experience with Yardi solutions or similar is an advantage.
- Good understanding of related local business requirements and market standards.
- Proven experience delivering software demonstrations.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior decision makers.
- Self motivated, proactive, and result driven mindset.
- Strong time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Working Environment & Travel
- Ability to work at assigned office location.
- Up to 50% of travel is required across the GCC region.
- Role involves extended periods working at a computer and participating in virtual or in person meetings.
- Regular attendance and adherence to company policies are essential.
