Solutions Consultant

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid – 50% office attendance) Team: Strategic Account Success

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients, from pre-sale through to successful delivery. You will take ownership of your own projects, translating client requirements into technical solutions, designing and implementing integrations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert and collaborate closely with colleagues across Creditsafe.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into documented technical specifications.

Design, build, and deliver bespoke solutions using Python, automation tools, and cloud-based storage such as S3.

Lead technical implementations, including API integrations, SFTP file delivery, and workflow automation.

Provide pre-sales technical support, advising on solution design and feasibility.

Review existing client implementations, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.

Contribute to technical best practice documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Work closely with the Business Analyst and other team members to drive successful client outcomes.
