Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant you’ll sit at the intersection of science and software.

You will serve as the strategic and scientific partner to our Account Executives, particularly on complex strategic and enterprise opportunities.

You will bring deep scientific expertise and a strong understanding of how scientific teams operate, how they communicate, collaborate, publish, and share information across both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll help customers map BioRender to their organizational workflows, processes, and communication needs.

You will guide the technical and scientific narrative that shapes the sales process: conducting discovery, leading demos, identifying high-impact use cases, advising on team-wide adoption strategies and ensuring BioRender is positioned as the right scientific communication solution for their organization.

As an early member of the Solutions Consulting team, you'll help shape how the function scales, contributing to playbooks, best practices, and customer engagement strategies that future team members will build upon.

This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role ideal for someone who possesses a deep sense of curiosity about science and scientists, and wants to accelerate scientific advancement through software.

You can expect to work with customers both remotely and in person for onsite visits, with travel up to ~25% of the time.
