- Design and develop end to end solution architectures aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges, requirements, and strategic goals
- Support presales activities, including customer meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
- Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work (SOW), implementation plans, and project scope definitions
- Design and position solutions across AI, digital transformation, IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the sales cycle
- Lead solution presentations and respond to technical and functional inquiries during bid and proposal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop innovative, scalable, and competitive solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings
- Support project delivery teams during implementation by providing architectural oversight and technical expertise
Requirements
- Experience in solution architecture and presales
- Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Ability to design end to end solution architectures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and presenting end to end technology solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.
- This role combines solution design, technical consulting, and presales support, requiring close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
