About the Role
The Solutions Architect, Salesforce Migrations is an individual contributor leading complex customer migration engagements from kickoff through successful go-live.
The role combines customer relationship management with hands-on technical execution across legacy environments and future-state cloud platforms.
The architect serves as the primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod and coordinates with Global Delivery Center engineering partners.
Customer Engagement and Value Delivery
- Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, owning technical delivery, project health, and successful go-live outcomes.
- Partner with account teams and sales leadership to align migration goals with business strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate complex migration challenges into actionable decisions.
- Develop delivery plans, prioritize milestones, and facilitate customer enablement and alignment sessions.
Strategic Partnerships and Tooling
- Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits for discovery, data mapping, code conversion, migration health reporting, and task automation.
