Role Overview

  • We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to work on a Contractor basis.
  • This role involves architecting and developing high performance applications that contribute to the training of next generation AI systems.
  • Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform across critical domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop robust, scalable fullstack applications using React and modern frameworks to support AI training systems.
  • Optimize frontend performance through advanced state management, rendering techniques, and adherence to best practices in user experience.
  • Design and implement secure, efficient backend APIs with robust authentication mechanisms and data integrity safeguards.
  • Collaborate on system design decisions, evaluating architectural tradeoffs to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and continuous operation in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development, with expertise in React and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in backend design, including API development, authentication systems, and database architecture.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and frontend performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with system design principles and architectural tradeoffs for scalable, distributed applications.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication and time management skills.
