Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience is required
8+ years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, or related field
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions
Experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior/lead engineer
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems and data sources
Strong experience with enterprise integration patterns, driving modernization from legacy approaches to scalable, API- and event-driven architectures
Deep understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented and event-driven architectures, and system-to-system interoperability
Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and relational database concepts, with working knowledge of SQL and data modeling
Experience with modern integration platforms (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, API Management, messaging/event platforms) and cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Understanding of software development principles and scripting/programming (e.g., Java, Python) sufficient to guide design, troubleshooting, and delivery teams
Familiarity with AI and data fundamentals, including how data accessibility, real-time integration, and event-driven architectures support AI and advanced analytics use cases
Demonstrates strong technical leadership by guiding teams through complex problem solving and driving sound architectural decisions
Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear and actionable outcomes
Takes ownership of outcomes, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with standards, timelines, and business objectives
Build strong collaborative relationships across teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success
Thinks strategically while executing pragmatically in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Continuously learns and adapts to new technologies, industry trends, and changing business needs
