Role overview
Technically focused Solutions Architect I supporting sales and technical teams with project design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pre-sales coverage.
Client-facing role requiring communication with senior executives and stakeholders in global prospect accounts.
Core responsibilities
- Assess client requirements and perform gap and fit analysis against possible solutions.
- Educate clients, prospects, and colleagues through presentations, demonstrations, and training.
- Support bids, tenders, proofs of concept, and proofs of value with technical guidance.
- Coordinate with technical resources and advise customers and partners on successful deployments.
- Maintain current knowledge of product features, roadmaps, technology trends, and new offerings.
Pre-sales and delivery
- Create solution designs and realistic costing for proposals and provide professional services, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support.
- Design, deploy, and roll out network management solutions and perform on-site system health checks.
- Resolve operational issues, recommend best practices, and deliver software customizations.
- Create statements of work, budgets, transition plans, and preliminary project plans with engineering and delivery teams.
