Responsibilities
- Design end to end Odoo based solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures
- Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and propose solution designs
- Coordinate with consulting and development teams to ensure successful implementation and integration
- Oversee technical specifications, guide software development and integration activities
- Perform solution validation and testing, and support deployment and post go live optimization
- Provide ongoing consulting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients
Requirements
- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ERP and enterprise system architectures
- Consulting and Business Process skills, such as requirements gathering, process analysis, and translating operational needs into solution designs
- Ability to understand Software Development and integrations (not necessarily code)
- Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives
- Relevant experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms, including configuration and customization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Minimum of 4 5 years of experience

Role Description
- This is a full time Solutions Architect role in a hybrid work arrangement, between the UAE and KSA.
- The Solutions Architect will design end to end Odoo based solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures that align with client objectives.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, proposing solution designs, and coordinating with consulting and development teams.
- The role involves overseeing technical specifications, guiding software development and integration activities, performing solution validation and testing, and supporting deployment and post go live optimization.
- The Solutions Architect will also provide ongoing consulting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to help clients fully leverage their ERP as a strategic asset.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ERP and enterprise system architectures.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills, such as requirements gathering, process analysis, and translating operational needs into solution designs.
- Candidates should be able to understand Software Development and integrations (not necessarily know how to code).
- Candidates should possess the ability to align technical solutions with business strategy, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Relevant experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms, including configuration and customization, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional, multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage for working with local clients in GCC.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Ideally we’re looking at a minimum of 4 5 years of experience.
