Job Scope
The Solutions Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization’s business needs and determining how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware or infrastructure. S/he determines, develops and improves technical solutions in support of business goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prepare and document testing requirements
- Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and improve current IT implementations
- Build and migrate software and services across the organization
- Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products
- Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity.
This is a Solution Architect-focused role, responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with customer business and technical requirements.
Strong technical architecture, solution design, and customer consulting experience are essential.
Strong personality with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as this is a client-facing role.
Ability to engage with enterprise customers, gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive solution adoption.
Experience working across multiple technology domains, including Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure
