Job Scope
Pre-sales role architecting, designing, and documenting end-to-end Software Defined Video Networking solutions for broadcast and media facilities.
The role works with clients, account managers, R&D engineers, project managers, and executive management.
Responsibilities
- Define and document IP broadcasting system scope based on Evertz technologies.
- Assist customers and sales staff with product and technology selection.
- Position Evertz solutions against competitive offerings and present differentiators.
- Refine system designs and capture requirements for specifications and contract terms.
- Lead proposal creation and refinement.
- Collaborate with R&D on system designs and RFI/RFP compliance documentation.
- Manage project risks and gaps by documenting assumptions and mitigation plans.
- Execute product demonstrations and proofs of concept with clients and internal teams.
- Complete drawings, quotes, and requirement captures for deployment handoff.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications
- Education in electronics, electrical engineering, computer technology, television broadcasting, technical copywriting, or a related field.
- Experience designing projects implemented in a broadcast solution environment.
