- Develop and maintain the IT solutions roadmap and portfolio
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and initiatives
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Provide leadership and direction to the PMO team
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and take proactive measures
- Coordinate with cross functional teams, vendors, and external partners
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate project reviews and post implementation evaluations
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus

Job Summary
- The Solutions and PMO manager will work to increase the effectiveness of organizational project management processes and toolset by working with leadership and staff to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing change.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Develop and maintain the IT solutions roadmap and portfolio.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement.
Job Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
