Position Summary
The Solutions Analyst is a client-facing role responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting client needs.
The role translates client needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Development teams.
The analyst works with clients, internal stakeholders, Product and Development teams, and third-party vendors to clarify requirements and identify gaps and risks.
Location and Work Arrangement
- This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week on-site in either Toronto, Ontario, or Montreal, Quebec.
- No federal government clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client requirements workshops and discovery sessions.
- Translate business needs into requirements, workflows, user stories, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, clients, and vendors to clarify requirements and align solutions.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and conflicting requirements.
- Manage outstanding requirements, approvals, change control, and impact communication.
- Maintain templates, workflows, procedures, and requirements documentation.
