Experience Required

• 5 – 15 years of experience
• Must have experience in the payment card industry
• Prior experience in client-facing Business Analyst roles is mandatory
• Strong experience working in the solution space with payment card schemes and third parties such as:
• + Credit Bureau
• + Embossing Bureau
• + CRM
• + Core Banking
• + Mobile Banking
• + Internet Banking
• Extensive experience in Issuing & Acquiring product lifecycle
• Experience in conversion/migration projects and onboarding clients on FirstVision / VisionPLUS
• Hands-on experience with Fiserv products and surrounding ecosystems
• Knowledge of other card processing platforms is a plus
• Exposure to acquiring solutions is an added advantage

Key Skills Required

• Strong expertise in payments and cards domain
• Deep knowledge of FirstVision / VisionPLUS processing platforms
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Strong understanding of card scheme functions
• Experience in SDLC (Waterfall); Agile knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ownership

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define, analyze, and document business requirements
• Convert business needs into user stories and detailed requirement documents
• Act as a liaison between client teams and Fiserv internal teams
• Work closely with the Fiserv Middle East Delivery Team
• Analyze requirements and align them with Fiserv application environments
• Improve development efficiency and reduce implementation exceptions
• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders and project teams
