Role Overview
Solution Sales Manager role in fintech and banking technology.
The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding requirements, and positioning suitable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and related organizations.
- Manage relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, product, technical, and delivery teams.
- Prepare forecasts, pipelines, account plans, reports, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Conduct UAE client visits and represent the company at industry events.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in solution sales, enterprise sales, technology sales, or business development.
- Fintech and/or banking industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of banking technology, digital financial services, payments, transaction processing, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
