Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead Copilot and Agents engagements from ideation through validation and production adoption.
• Own technical decisions across qualified opportunities through demonstrations, whiteboarding, proof-of-concept orchestration, and validation sessions.
• Design and validate secure architectures addressing data readiness, governance, compliance, and integration challenges.
• Drive Copilot adoption and workload expansion across Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Document proof-of-concept outcomes and solution assessments in technical close plans and consumption plans.
• Align with Customer Success on usage intent, consumption planning, and execution milestones.
• Coordinate cross-team activity to turn technical wins into deployment, usage, and consumption growth.
• Track activities, blockers, milestones, and pipeline progression.
• Develop Copilot and AI expertise and share insights that improve team capability and field effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in enterprise solution engineering or technical sales roles.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
• Experience winning complex technical decisions.
• Experience crafting secure, scalable architectures and leading cross-functional engagements.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-wide learning and strategy.
• Strong influence and communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Five or more years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or an approved degree-and-experience equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Secure architecture design, data readiness, governance, compliance, integration, demonstrations, whiteboarding, proof-of-concept orchestration, and solution assessments are central to the role.
• The role requires continuous learning in Copilot and frontier AI innovations.
