Solution Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years in a Pre Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
• Great communication and customer-facing skills
• Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage
• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
• Business process mapping skills
• Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
• Exceptional teamwork capabilities

• The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $155,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs. Full compensation details, including any applicable bonus or incentive plan, will be provided in the hiring process.
