Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise customers on deploying, managing, and optimizing software solutions while maintaining strong account relationships.
- Manage projects, accounts, deadlines, and milestones over extended delivery periods.
- Lead requirements workshops, document solution designs, and configure the platform for client-specific processes and rules.
- Lead integration, data conversion, and complex business logic requirements.
- Verify configured solutions and support user acceptance testing, issue triage, and resolution.
