About the Role

Responsibilities
- Engage directly with client teams on-site to align operational execution with strategic business goals.
- Translate client business needs into structured technology and operational requirements.
- Analyze current-state process flows or system diagrams and design future-state models.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather process and architecture requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality design documentation.
- Identify process gaps and apply industry knowledge to recommend practical, value-driven improvements.
- Lead playback sessions to present findings and recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter contributor throughout the engagement.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of service offerings and internal methodologies.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, thought leadership initiatives, and service innovation efforts.
