Solution Architect

As part of our Enterprise Architecture practice, this role is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solution architectures that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.

The Solution Architect supports project teams by translating functional needs into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical designs across our digital solutions landscape.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Solution Architect with a strong track record of designing scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into end-to-end solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity throughout the development lifecycle and deliver value through well-structured, cost-effective solutions.

• Design and document solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop solution-level design patterns, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and reusability.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of systems through thoughtful architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align individual project solutions with broader enterprise goals.
• Provide technical insights to support decision-making during solution planning and delivery.
• Participate in architecture reviews and support compliance with architectural governance.
• Mentor developers and junior architects to uplift technical delivery and solution quality.
• Support the evaluation and integration of modern technologies and cloud-native services into solution designs.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts to validate architectural approaches before adoption.
• Advocate for lean and agile practices to streamline design and implementation processes.
• Assist in aligning project outcomes with security, regulatory, and enterprise policy requirements.
