Role overview

Serve as a trusted, customer-facing technical consultant for enterprise organizations adopting and using the Pyramid platform.

Support customers and partners in developing enterprise business intelligence and analytical solutions.

Become a Pyramid platform expert and advise on implementation best practices, adoption, capabilities, and return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with cloud or on-premise solutions for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science.
  • Identify future client needs and collaborate with the customer success manager on expansion and upsell activities.
  • Own projects and collaborate with client resources and multidisciplinary colleagues.
  • Build client trust and confidence while supporting commercial objectives.
  • Assist with platform setup, data integration, user training, and implementation best practices.
  • Participate in onboarding, mentoring, solution development, and customer staff enablement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar customer-facing delivery environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of BI and analytics experience.
  • Experience with BI and analytical tools such as Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for enterprise reports and dashboards.
  • Experience designing data-based analytics solutions with technologies such as SSAS, SAP BW/HANA, or Snowflake.
  • Experience with SQL variants, MDX, and Python, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in finance, healthcare, or the public sector is advantageous.
