As a Solution Architect , you will serve as a trusted, customer-facing technical consultant for Enterprise organisations adopting and leveraging the Pyramid platform . You will join a team responsible for supporting customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions.

You will be expected to become a Pyramid platform expert in order to speak fluently on implementation best practices and recommendations that enable customers on adoption and how to maximize their experience, capabilities and ROI. This knowledge should also be leveraged to deliver best in class solutions for use at all levels of customer organizations.

Our Solution Architects participate in a wide range of engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer staff enablement.

Assist clients with developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics and data science

Identify client future needs and work in close relationship with the CSM to create expansion and up sell activities

Take ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams including client resources and colleagues

Instilling trust & confidence with the client, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved

Assist new clients in platform setup, data integration, user training and implementation best practice
