- Conceptualize and develop techno commercial proposals and solutions across verticals
- Design profitable, optimal, and replicable technical solutions
- Deliver technical presentations to customers
- Work with cross functional teams to stitch end to end solutions
- Create technical proposals analyzing customer price expectations and indicating technical options
- Standardize product offerings, solutions, and proposal documents
- Automate standard proposal documents based on standard input variables
Requirements
- Around 8 years of experience in Telecom organization, pre Sales
- BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT
- Industry certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCDP or equivalent
- Understanding of Ethernet, Wireless, data applications, and networking technologies
- Good document writing skills
- Customer focus and analytical skills
- Good presentation and communication skills

Purpose of the Job
- BSG – Solution Architect responsible to support Sales team in understanding and meeting customer’s connectivity requirements from presales to project execution.
- Conceptualize and develop techno commercial proposals and solutions across verticals.
- Consulting, facilitation, and selling skills.
- Design of profitable, optimal, and replicable technical solutions.
- Technical presentation to customers.
- Work with cross functional teams to stitch end to end solutions.
- Technical proposal creation analyzing customer price expectations.
Deliverables
- Solution design: Understanding customer requirements, building solution deliverables.
- Proposal building: Making proposal as per solution for customer needs, revert within defined TAT.
- Customer presentation: Presenting to customers on requirements and understanding, defining scope of work.
- Standardization and automation: Standardizing product offering, solution and proposal documents; automating standard proposal documents.
Decision level
- Prime: Solution designing, product recommendation.
- Shared: Feasibility planning, commercials (jointly with peers).
- Contributory: Techno commercial proposal (major contribution).
