Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with Solution Architecture expertise
- Proven experience leading end to end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and solution design
- Strong techno functional expertise across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, ORC, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits
- Hands on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Generative AI, and AI enabled HCM capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Redwood UX (26B), VBCS, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, and Fusion REST APIs
- Experience defining integration architecture, security, data migration, and governance
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, drive solution workshops, and mentor technical teams
