Solution Architect – Java Modernization & Identity Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Proven experience in application modernization, migration, or legacy system transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and influence architectural decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra External ID, and B2B collaboration solutions.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and standards.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Azure Solution Architect or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

• The base salary for this position is $110,000 -$125,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
