- Design end to end technical solutions that support pharmacy operations, including prescription management, inventory control, and customer service systems
- Analyze business requirements and develop solution architectures
- Oversee integration between software platforms
- Guide software development teams on implementation details
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes to technology solutions
- Prepare technical documentation
- Provide consulting support on system enhancements and scalability

Requirements
- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Consulting experience with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Hands on Software Development background, with familiarity in modern programming languages, frameworks, and design patterns
- Expertise in system Integration, including APIs, middleware, and data exchange between pharmacy, ERP, and CRM systems
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, particularly in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical domain regulations in the UAE is beneficial
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud platforms, database design, security best practices, and performance optimization is preferred

Role Description
- The Solution Architect is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work at Medinilla Drugstore LLC and the option to work from home for designated tasks.
- The role involves designing end to end technical solutions that support pharmacy operations, including prescription management, inventory control, and customer service systems.
- Day to day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing solution architectures, overseeing integration between software platforms, and guiding software development teams on implementation details.
- The Solution Architect collaborates with stakeholders to map business processes to technology solutions, prepares technical documentation, and provides consulting support on system enhancements and scalability.
- The role also includes ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory standards relevant to healthcare and pharmaceutical operations in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with business needs.
- Consulting experience with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable roadmaps.
- Hands on Software Development background, with familiarity in modern programming languages, frameworks, and software design patterns.
- Expertise in system Integration, including APIs, middleware, and data exchange between pharmacy, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, particularly in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud provider certifications) are an advantage.
