Genpact is hiring a Solution Architect focused on data and analytics.
The role supports organizational data and analytics needs through business intelligence architecture and scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain business intelligence architecture.
- Gather and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies.
- Create scalable data models and robust data architecture.
- Design and implement ETL processes across systems.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Guide BI developers and cross-functional teams.
- Apply security protocols and data governance best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Data Science.
- English language proficiency at C2 level.
Required skills
