Role Overview
Genpact seeks a Senior Integration Solution Architect within its global digital technologies team.
The role combines integration architecture with deep expertise in CPG, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, and business processes.
Integration Strategy and Architecture
- Define and govern enterprise integration architectures across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Understand segment business processes, data flows, and operational nuances.
- Connect SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, WMS, retail POS, and other enterprise systems.
- Champion API-led connectivity and event-driven architecture.
- Create reusable patterns, templates, and frameworks.
Technology Leadership
- Lead integration design across SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code for integration deployments.
- Design secure B2B and EDI networks for retailers and logistics partners.
Collaboration and Mentorship
- Advise business partners, functional leads, and external partners on technical designs.
