Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Solution Architect focused on data and analytics.
The role supports advanced technology and business intelligence solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to business intelligence architecture design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Gather and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend BI tools based on use cases and technical fit.
- Create scalable data models and data architecture for reporting and analytics.
- Design and implement ETL processes across systems.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance to BI developers and cross-functional teams.
- Apply security protocols and data governance practices throughout the BI lifecycle.
- Stay informed about BI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Education qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics is listed.
- A Master’s degree in Data Science is listed as an alternative education qualification.
