Role Overview
Genpact is hiring a Solution Architect focused on Data and Analytics and GenAI solution delivery.
The role guides development teams and works in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide the development team on GenAI components and unblock technical issues or defects.
- Design and develop production-grade GenAI solutions across cloud platforms.
- Build solutions for intelligent document processing, automated content generation, enterprise search assistants, and multi-agent decision support.
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration techniques.
- Integrate agentic components with monitoring, observability, human-in-the-loop flows, and feedback loops.
- Review code and maintain technical quality across the team.
- Coordinate with teams integrated with Data Agent and shape integration workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions and enterprise web applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, networking, security, and database concepts.
- GenAI solution development and deployment experience is mandatory.
