Solution Architect - Collaboration and UC

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide execution and escalation support for collaboration platform M&A activities, including tenant-to-tenant integrations and coexistence models.
• Execute collaboration systems projects supporting M&A integrations, tenant coexistence, and consolidation efforts.
• Troubleshoot identity, access, messaging, and collaboration workloads across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Implement and validate policy, configuration, and permission changes under governance and security standards.
• Support discovery, readiness, migration waves, cutovers, and post-migration stabilization.
• Maintain policy, configuration, and access hygiene to reduce operational risk.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, validation checklists, and post-migration reports.
• Develop PowerShell automation for reporting, remediation, validation, and operational support.
• Partner with Senior Solutions Architects, Identity, and Messaging teams to execute designs and resolve issues.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and architectural deviations with clear technical context and documented impact.
