Role Overview

Solution Architecture and Design

• Define end-to-end architectures for GenAI applications using Python/FastAPI, React, AWS infrastructure, and GenAI services.
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures aligned with enterprise IT standards.
• Own decisions on RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.

GenAI Integration

• Define patterns for prompt engineering, embeddings, vector integration, and LLM integration.
• Ensure AI workflows are modular, reusable, cost-efficient, and suitable for enterprise workflows.

Technical Leadership

• Guide backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps squads in translating requirements into scalable designs.
• Define coding standards, architecture blueprints, and quality gates.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles.
• Build reference implementations and proofs of concept and troubleshoot complex AI, API, and cloud integrations.

Cloud and DevOps

• Define AWS-native deployment architecture for scale and resilience.
• Work with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines, observability, cost optimization, security, governance, and enterprise guardrails.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with product owners, business SMEs, and delivery managers to align solution design with business needs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-aligned terms.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technical leadership.
• Proven expertise designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong Python, FastAPI, React, and AWS experience.
• Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG workflows.
• Practical vector database experience and familiarity with GenAI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services, DevOps pipelines, Docker, monitoring, and GenAI workload optimization.

Education and Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree in computer or information technology disciplines, or a master's degree in information systems or software engineering.
• Relevant certifications listed include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CDMP, CISSP, and TOGAF.
• Required skills include Agile methodology, business process management, change management, client relations, design thinking, people leadership, risk management, and storytelling.
• English language proficiency at C2 level is listed.
