Solution Analyst

You are part of the Customer Offer Service Center within the Price team, in the role of Solution Analyst.

You analyze business processes and design solutions that support process optimization.

You analyze the current ("As Is") functionalities of systems within scope and define system requirements to identify alternative solutions and estimate workloads.

You analyze and describe what the future ("To Be") system must do from both a functional and non-functional perspective, ensuring that the solution meets the agreed business requirements and that development team members have a clear understanding of the requirements needed to deliver the optimal solution.

You functionally describe, test, and implement solutions, and support business partners in embedding these solutions within their organization.

You support key users from a functional perspective by:

Assisting and following up on user acceptance testing (UAT)

Providing documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to colleagues and business stakeholders

You are responsible for the functional operational support and post-implementation care of the delivered solutions.

Documentation of As Is and To Be business processes, working methods, and system capabilities
