Previous construction, electrical, solar, roofing, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
Entry-level candidates willing to learn and travel will be considered.
Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures, installation instructions, and basic construction drawings.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurements using standard construction tools.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to recognize and report safety concerns and installation issues.
Valid Driver's License preferred.
OSHA 10 Certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.

Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and direct sunlight.
Frequently works around energized electrical equipment and construction activities.
Regularly works on unimproved terrain, active construction sites, and utility-scale solar facilities.
Frequently works from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and other elevated work platforms.
May be exposed to dust, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical equipment.
Noise levels are typically moderate to high depending on project activities.

Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, climb, and work with hands and arms.
Frequently required to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment.
Must be able to work extended shifts outdoors and remain productive in varying weather conditions.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to distinguish colors used in electrical wiring and markings.
Must be capable of working at heights and on uneven ground.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Days: Monday-Thursday
Work Hours: 7am-5:30pm
