Full-time Project Manager role supporting a growing solar energy company in Ontario.

Works with Engineering, Operations, Sales, clients, engineers, utilities, municipalities, and other stakeholders.

Reports to the Director of Operations and supports residential and commercial project activities.

Coordinate pending customer contact and preparation with the sales team.
Coordinate post-sale through pre-installation activities.
Review designs and address power, roofing, electrical, and other customer concerns.
Lead project meetings and communicate schedules, status, and closeout information.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain client communication.
Maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and project folders.
Coordinate engineering reports and submit building permit packages.
Work with Operations through completion and manage post-installation details.
Schedule site visits and support the Director of Operations with task management.

Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
