Support solar and renewable-energy projects through scheduling, documentation, procurement coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and administrative follow-up.
The role requires an organized, detail-oriented, technically curious professional who can coordinate deadlines, suppliers, contractors, and project documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and administration of solar and renewable-energy projects.
- Maintain schedules, task trackers, milestones, action lists, delivery timelines, dashboards, and project records.
- Coordinate communication among project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, action items, progress updates, reports, proposals, presentations, quotations, and administrative documents.
- Maintain drawings, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, permits, approvals, correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Support procurement for solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, batteries, cables, monitoring equipment, and related materials.
