- Monitor plant performance using SCADA and identify performance deviations
- Analyze generation losses and coordinate corrective actions with site teams
- Plan preventive maintenance, cleaning schedules, and work orders
- Track alarms, inverter availability, and maintenance KPIs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for clients
- Support continuous improvement through data analytics and predictive maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Experience in Solar PV performance monitoring and SCADA platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and performance analysis
