Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new solar EPC opportunities across commercial, industrial, hospitality, education, healthcare, and residential sectors
- Conduct site visits, rooftop/land assessments, and client meetings to scope system requirements
- Work with in house design/engineering team to convert site data into techno commercial proposals
- Present and defend proposals to facility managers, developers, consultants, and industrial clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts
- Build and manage a live pipeline covering on grid, off grid, and hybrid system opportunities
- Develop a durable network of facility managers, developers, main contractors, MEP consultants, and industrial end users
- Represent GreenFi at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits to build brand presence

Position Overview
- We're hiring a Solar EPC Sales Engineer whose sole mandate is to bring in solar EPC projects.
- You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to site assessment to proposal to signed contract — across on grid, off grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- This is a hunter role: we need someone who can open doors, qualify serious opportunities, and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new solar EPC opportunities across commercial, industrial, hospitality, education, healthcare, and residential rooftops and land parcels.
- Build and manage a live pipeline covering on grid (grid tied), off grid (standalone), and hybrid (solar + BESS) system opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual signed contract revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits, rooftop/land assessments, and client meetings to scope system requirements.
- Work with GreenFi's in house design/engineering team to convert site data into techno commercial proposals (system sizing, ROI, payback period).
- Present and defend proposals to facility managers, developers, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
- Develop a durable network of facility managers, developers, main contractors, MEP consultants, and industrial end users across the UAE.
- Represent GreenFi at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits to build brand presence in the solar EPC space.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years in Solar Sales, EPC Business Development, or MEP/Energy Sales, with a track record of closed deals.
- Solid working knowledge of solar PV system types (on grid, off grid, hybrid) and the EPC project lifecycle (site assessment → design handoff → proposal → contract → handover to project team).
- Proven ability to generate and close B2B deals independently.
- Comfortable reading basic site data (roof area, shading, load profile) to scope a system before engineering gets involved.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in UAE real estate, industrial, hospitality, or facilities management sectors.
- Familiarity with DEWA/ADDC/Etihad Energy Services Company approval processes and net metering regulations.
- Exposure to BESS integrated or off grid diesel replacement solar projects.
