Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects from mobilization through energization.
Deliver safe, on-schedule, and on-budget facilities by coordinating contractors, trades, and equipment vendors.

Fluidstack acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them to deliver large-scale compute infrastructure for AI.
The construction team is developing repeatable, modular approaches for concurrent, large-scale infrastructure delivery.
Role Scope
- Build and drive integrated schedules across civil, structural, electrical, BESS, substation, and gen-tie scopes using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Enforce site safety plans and hold subcontractors to a zero-incident standard.
- Coordinate civil, racking, PV, inverter, BESS, and MV/HV electrical trades and resolve field conflicts.
- Manage QA/QC, RFI, submittal, change-order, and closeout workflows.
- Report daily progress, earned value, cost-to-complete, and resource loading to the Project Manager.
- Identify procurement risks involving long-lead transformers, switchgear, and inverters.
