- We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Soil Laboratory Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory and field tests on soil samples and ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soil testing (Moisture Content, Atterberg Limits, Sieve Analysis, Proctor, CBR)
- Prepare and handle soil samples according to standards
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Conduct site sampling and field testing when required
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in soil testing laboratory
- Familiarity with ASTM / BS standards
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in both laboratory and site environments
