Develop project verification planning and software development planning, software test plans and test procedures
Support development of Electronic architecture, ensuring consistency with developed requirements, in collaboration with Embedded and Application Software Development Teams
Contribute to the development and analyze software requirements and develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing of CSCIs in accordance with project plans, process standards, and approved scope of work.

Lead peer reviews of software test work products and resolution of issues.
Ensure bi directional traceability between test procedures and software requirements, and between software requirements and sub-system level requirements
Develop strategy and execute manual and automated tests to verify compliance with software requirements.
Document and communicate test defects. Work with the software teams to resolve issues. Retest software to verify resolutions and close issues.
Lead regression test plan strategy development, and perform regression testing to ensure that new code baselines do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Manage configuration of software test work products (establish baselines and execute and maintain change control).
Lead Software Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings to review and authorize software scope and associated testing and test work product updates.
Participate and take a lead role in software work product/capability development planning and execution (such as agile framework), including estimating and statusing work packages.
Support the CSCI integration and test environment, ensuring consistency with software test plan needs. Activities supported include: System Integration Laboratory (SIL) planning for Hardware in the Loop (HIL), development of HIL test architecture(s), selection and implementation of test equipment/automation, system build and configuration, development of automation interfaces, SIL systems commissioning, ongoing maintenance, etc.
Manage and report quality and performance metrics related to test plan traceability and test coverage, software defects, software Technical Performance Measurements (TPMs), etc.
Lead software working group meetings (internal and external), specifically advocating for software test interests, including development and presentation of meeting content.
Develop test reports and present to customers (internal and external).
Create and deliver contractual reports (CDRL, DID) to customers.
Lead less experienced employees in areas of Software Test and business practices
